KOZY beds are designed for everyday living—easy to clean, refresh, and keep beautiful. The bouclé cover is removable and machine washable; wash gently and air dry or tumble dry low. Waterproof liners protect the foam from spills and wipe clean with mild soap. Keep the memory foam base inside its liner and never machine wash. For quick upkeep, vacuum or lint-roll regularly and use a pet-safe fabric spray to keep your bed fresh and inviting.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. To qualify, the bed must remain vacuum-sealed and enclosed in its original plastic wrapping to ensure hygiene and quality standards are maintained.
Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue
