Caring for the Bouclé Cover
Our signature upholstery-grade bouclé is removable and machine washable for effortless maintenance.
• Unzip and remove the outer cover before washing
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent only
• Wash separately
• Do not bleach
Air dry whenever possible or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid high heat, as it may affect the texture and longevity of the fabric.
Protecting the Interior
Each KOZY bed includes waterproof liners that shield the memory foam from spills and accidents.
• Wipe liners clean with a soft cloth and mild soap
• Allow to air dry fully before reassembling
The orthopedic memory foam base should always remain inside its protective liner and should never be machine washed or submerged in water.

Allow your bed 24 to 48 hours to fully expand after unboxing. This ensures the memory foam reaches its optimal shape and performance before regular use.
To maintain balanced support, rotate the inner foam base every few months, especially for dogs who favor one side.
Always place your KOZY bed on a flat, even surface to promote proper orthopedic alignment.
Refresh & Restore
For a quick refresh between washes, gently steam the bouclé cover to release wrinkles and restore its soft, cloud-like texture. Use a handheld steamer at a safe distance and avoid saturating the fabric.
Light steaming can also help revive the appearance of the bolster walls after compression from shipping or heavy use.
Preserve the Bouclé
Brush off loose debris before washing to reduce friction during the cycle. Always zip the cover fully closed before placing it in the wash to help maintain structure.
Air drying is recommended whenever possible. If using a dryer, select low heat to preserve texture and longevity.
