    Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. To qualify, the bed must remain vacuum-sealed and enclosed in its original plastic wrapping to ensure hygiene and quality standards are maintained.

    • Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

    • Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue
